The completion audit of central financial science and technology projects (topics) aims to audit the financial inputs, utilization, and management of research and development projects (topics) by audit entities that undertake or participate in these projects. The goal of this audit is to verify the authenticity and compliance of transactions in relevant financial accounts for research and development projects (topics). It ensures that the usage and management align with the relevant laws, regulations, project task books, and budgets approved for the research and development projects (topics).

In accordance with the Notice on Strengthening and Improving the Completion Audit of National Key Research and Development Program Projects (Topics) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Document No. [2021]13 of MOST), our firm has been registered with the Scientific and Technological Fund Management Service Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology in July 2021. This registration authorizes us to carry out audits for the completion of scientific research and development projects. We have provided research project completion audit services to institutions such as Tongji University and East China Normal University.
